PLANNING/DESIGN DRAWINGS

Simple Single Storey Extension or Conservatory £600 or
Complex Single Storey Extension / two Storey Extension £700

These include:

• Initial Site meeting to discuss your requirements 
• Dimensional survey
• Design drawings with options if possible
• Set of plans and elevations, proposed and existing

• Completion and submission online of forms, certificates and drawings

HOURLY RATE charged at £40 per hour for any work in addition to the above.

Additional costs payable to others:

• OS Map (generally £25)
• Council Planning Application fee generally £150

BUILDING REGULATION DRAWINGS AND CALCULATIONS

Please note that these are technical drawings and completely different from Planning Application drawings. 

Simple Single Storey Extension £625
Complex Single Storey or Two Storey Extension £750

The services of a structural engineer may also be required and we can arrange this on your behalf.

Council fees will also be payable and these depend on the size of the extension.
